Main Ingredients
- 🍢 1 block tofu
 - 🐟 1 can tuna
 - 🧅 1/2 onion
 - 🌱 1 handful green onion
 - 1 green chili pepper
 - ✨ A sprinkle of sesame seeds
 
Seasoning Sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
 - 1 tbsp corn syrup
 - 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp fish sauce
 - 1 tbsp gochujang
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - A pinch of black pepper
 - 1 packet broth powder (optional)
 - 💧 250 ml water
 
手順
Mix chili powder, corn syrup, soy sauce, fish sauce, gochujang, minced garlic, black pepper, broth powder (optional), and water in a bowl to make the seasoning sauce.
Slice the onion, chop the green onion and chili pepper, and cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Layer the onion, green onion, and chili pepper at the bottom of a pot.
Place the tofu on top of the vegetables.
Add the canned tuna and pour the prepared seasoning sauce over the ingredients.
Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer.
Simmer until the sauce reduces and thickens.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
