- Vegetables - 🥒 1 zucchini (170g), sliced into half-moons
 
- Oils & Fats - 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
 
- Condiments - 1 tsp soy sauce
 
- Seasonings - 1 packet (4g) bonito flakes

Cut off both ends of the zucchini, slice it in half lengthwise, and then cut into 8mm thick half-moons.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the zucchini, and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until both sides are browned.

Add butter and soy sauce, stir until the butter melts, then turn off the heat and mix in the bonito flakes evenly.
