Essential Ingredients
- 🥒 1/3 zucchini
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🐖 100g minced pork
- 🧄 1/3 stalk green onion
- 1/3 cup water
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- A pinch of black pepper
步驟
Cut zucchini and onion into large pieces, and slice green onion thinly.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté green onion until slightly softened.
Add minced pork, cooking wine, and black pepper to the pan. Stir-fry until the pork is cooked.
Add onion and zucchini to the pan and stir-fry together.
Pour 1/3 cup of water into the pan, cover with a lid, and let it cook for 3 minutes.
Uncover the pan and add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry until well combined.
Turn off the heat and mix in sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Serve the zucchini stir-fry over a bowl of rice. Optionally, add a fried egg on top.
