    • 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 15-20 cabbage leaves
    • 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom
    • 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
    • 1 chili pepper, minced
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp soybean paste
    • 1/2 tbsp red pepper paste
    • 1/2 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic

步驟

Steam cabbage leaves for about 10 minutes. Alternatively, microwave individual leaves wrapped in plastic wrap for 3 minutes.

Combine soybean paste, red pepper paste, red pepper powder, sugar, minced chili pepper, minced garlic, chopped onion, chopped green onion, and minced king oyster mushroom in a bowl.

Add 1 cup of water and simmer on medium-low heat until the sauce thickens.

Place a portion of rice on each cabbage leaf.

Roll the cabbage leaves tightly around the rice.

Cut the rolls into bite-sized pieces.

Top the rolls with the prepared sauce and serve.
