步驟

Cut the potatoes lengthwise. For large potatoes, cut into quarters; for smaller ones, cut into thirds.
Melt the butter slightly in the microwave.
Mix the melted butter with salt, parsley, and ground pepper. Adjust salt to taste.
Coat the potato wedges evenly with the butter mixture.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Bake the potatoes for 20 minutes, flip them, and bake for another 20 minutes.
Serve the golden and crispy wedge potatoes warm.
