    • 🥚 1/2 block tofu
    • 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
    • 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
    • 🍄 3-4 shiitake mushrooms
    • 🍄 1 pack oyster mushrooms
    • 100g kimchi
    • 3 green chilies
    • 🧅 1/2 green onion
  • Seasoning

    • 500ml water or rice water
    • 3 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🧂 a pinch of salt

步驟

Prepare all ingredients by slicing tofu, mushrooms, green chili, and green onion as described.

Season tofu with a pinch of salt and pan-fry with 2 tbsp of cooking oil until golden brown on both sides.

Layer kimchi at the bottom of a pot, followed by mushrooms around the edges.

Place the fried tofu in the center and top with green chili and green onion.

Mix red pepper powder, minced garlic, soy sauce, and salt into water or rice water to create the broth.

Pour the broth into the pot and simmer until all ingredients are cooked through.
