- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧂 150g sugar
- 90g vegetable oil
- 🥕 150g grated carrot
- 140g cake flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 🌰 50g chopped walnuts
Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients
- 200g cream cheese
- 🧂 40g sugar
- 150g heavy cream
步驟
Grate the carrot in advance and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy, then add vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
Add the grated carrot and mix well.
Sift cake flour, baking powder, and cinnamon powder into the mixture. Add chopped walnuts and mix. Pour the batter into a mold and bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.
Soften cream cheese at room temperature, mix with sugar, and whip heavy cream in a separate bowl. Gradually fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the frosting between the cooled cake layers and decorate as desired.
