Tuna Soft Tofu Stew

    • 🐟 1 can (150g) canned tuna
    • 1 pack soft tofu
    • 🥬 2 leaves fermented kimchi
    • 1.5 cups anchovy kelp stock
    • 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
  • Seasonings

    • 1-1.5 tbsp chili powder
    • 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1/3 tbsp sesame oil

步驟

In a clay pot, add canned tuna and 2 leaves of fermented kimchi. Add 1/3 tbsp sesame oil and stir-fry over medium heat for about 30 seconds.

Pour 1.5 cups of anchovy kelp stock into the pot. Add 1 tbsp chili powder and 1/3 tbsp minced garlic. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 7-8 minutes.

Add the soft tofu in large chunks and simmer for another 1-2 minutes.

Add 2 tbsp chopped green onion and bring to a quick boil. Serve hot.
