    • 🥬 2/3 cup chopped kimchi
    • 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
    • 🐟 1 can tuna
    • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Seasonings

    • 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 🧂 1 tsp sugar
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

步驟

Chop the kimchi into small pieces.

Heat a pan and add cooking oil, then stir-fry the kimchi, sugar, and chili powder over medium heat.

Once the kimchi is softened, add the tuna and black pepper, mixing well.

Add the cooked rice to the pan.

Pour soy sauce around the edges of the pan and stir everything together over high heat.

Turn off the heat and mix in sesame oil.
