- 🐟 1 can canned tuna
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped onion
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 🌰 A small amount of sesame seeds
- A small amount of cooking oil
步驟
Finely chop the onion and green onion.
In a large bowl, add the chopped onion and green onion, then crack 4 eggs into the bowl.
Add 1 can of tuna, ensuring the oil is fully drained before adding.
Season the mixture with minced garlic and salt.
Add sesame seeds for extra flavor and mix the ingredients thoroughly using a whisk.
Heat a pan with cooking oil over medium-low heat, then pour 2/3 of the egg mixture into the pan.
Once the bottom starts to cook, use a spatula to roll the egg mixture into a roll.
Pour the remaining 1/3 of the egg mixture into the pan and roll again to create a thick egg roll.
