- 0.5 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- a dash of sesame oil
步驟
Rinse the frozen rice cakes under water and boil them until they soften.
Cool the boiled rice cakes under cold water. Optionally, boil the wooden skewers in the same water to clean them.
Thread the rice cakes onto the skewers neatly.
Pan-fry the skewered rice cakes in an oiled pan until golden and crispy.
Prepare the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients and simmering until it bubbles.
Brush the sauce onto the rice cake skewers generously and serve.
