- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
 - 🥚 3 eggs
 
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
 - 🧂 1 tsp black pepper
 - 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 
Others
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped green onion
 - 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
 - 1/3 cup cooking oil
 
步驟
Chop green onion into small pieces, about 1/2 cup.
Dice 1 tomato into bite-sized pieces.
Beat 3 eggs with a pinch of salt until well mixed.
Heat cooking oil in a pan, pour in the beaten eggs, and stir gently until partially cooked. Remove eggs and set aside.
Add more cooking oil to the pan and stir-fry the chopped green onion until fragrant.
Add diced tomato and 1/2 tbsp soy sauce to the pan. Stir-fry until the tomato softens.
Return the partially cooked eggs to the pan, add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
Season with black pepper and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Taste and adjust salt if needed.
