- 🟫 1 block of tofu
- 🌰 1/4 cup walnuts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp omija syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide

Cut the tofu into small cubes.

Heat a pan with oil on high heat, then reduce to medium heat and fry the tofu until crispy.

Add walnuts to the pan and stir-fry briefly.

Add oyster sauce, omija syrup, sesame oil, and oligosaccharide to the pan and stir well to coat the tofu and walnuts.
