- 🥬 1 bunch spinach

- 🥡 1/2 block tofu
Seasoning
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1/2 handful chopped green onion
- 1/3 tbsp soy sauce
- a dash of sesame oil
- a sprinkle of sesame seeds
步驟
Wash the spinach thoroughly and set aside.
Boil water in a pan and add a pinch of salt.
Blanch the spinach in boiling water for about 1 minute.
Cut the blanched spinach into 2–3 cm pieces.
Soak the tofu in hot water for 1 minute.
Drain the tofu and mix it with the spinach in a bowl, mashing gently.
Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and chopped green onion, then mix lightly.
Finish by adding sesame oil and sesame seeds, then mix lightly.
