Main Ingredients
- 200g tofu
- 200g spam
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 💧 2.5 cups water
- 🍅 Optional cherry tomatoes
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp plum extract
步驟
Cut tofu and spam into similar-sized pieces, and slice onion thickly.
Layer onion at the bottom of a pot, then arrange tofu and spam alternately on top.
Mix all seasoning ingredients with 1 cup of water to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce over tofu and spam, then add 2.5 cups of water.
Cover the pot and cook on high heat until boiling, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer until the sauce thickens and ingredients are well-coated.
