Main Ingredients
- 🍢 1 block tofu
- 🍖 100g ground beef
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 sheet seaweed
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- A small amount of cooking oil
Filling Ingredients
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
Braising Sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
步驟
Prepare all the ingredients.
Cut tofu into 5cm squares and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Slice green onion into thin strips, soak in cold water, and drain.
Remove stems from shiitake mushrooms, chop finely, and mix with ground beef and filling ingredients.
Coat tofu with cornstarch, stack tofu-filling-tofu, and wrap with seaweed to secure.
Mix braising sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat a pan with cooking oil, fry tofu sandwiches until golden, then add braising sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
Plate the tofu sandwiches and garnish with green onion strips.
