- Base - 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
- 🥢 150g silken tofu
 
- Vegetables - 1 myoga thinly sliced
- 3cm takuan diced
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
 
- Toppings - 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🥚 1 onsen egg
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed

Slice the myoga thinly and dice the takuan into 1cm cubes.

In a bowl, crumble the silken tofu and mix well.

Add myoga, takuan, soy sauce, and sesame seeds to the tofu mixture and combine thoroughly.

Serve cooked rice in a bowl, top with the tofu mixture, drizzle sesame oil, and add the onsen egg and chopped green onion.
