- 1 block tofu
- 10 perilla leaves
- 1/3 cup flour
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
步驟
Cut the tofu into pieces that fit inside the perilla leaves.
Place the tofu on a cutting board lined with a paper towel and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Coat the inside of the perilla leaves with flour.
Place the tofu inside the perilla leaves, fold them in half, and coat the outside with flour.
Dip the stuffed perilla leaves into beaten egg mixture.
Pan-fry the tofu perilla leaf pancakes in a preheated pan until golden brown on both sides.
