- 🐚 200g clams
- 🧈 1/3 block tofu
- A small amount of green chili
- A small amount of red chili
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
- 🧅 A small amount of onion
Broth
- 💧 3 cups water
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
步驟
Prepare 200g of clams and soak them in cold water with 1 tbsp of salt for 10 minutes to remove impurities.
Chop onion, green chili, red chili, and green onion into small pieces.
Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Place the soaked clams, tofu, onion, green chili, and red chili into a pot.
Pour 3 cups of water into the pot.
Bring the soup to a boil over high heat, skimming off any foam or impurities that rise to the surface.
Once boiling, simmer for 5 more minutes and season with salt.
Add chopped green onion just before turning off the heat.
Serve the soup hot and enjoy!
