Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (160g) thick fried tofu
 - 🍗 150g chicken thigh
 - 🧅 1/2 onion
 - 🧄 1 clove garlic
 
Seasoning and Sauce
- 1 tsp salad oil
 - 200cc water
 - 2 tbsp white ground sesame
 - Chopped green onion, as needed
 - 1 tbsp sake
 - 🍬 1 tsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp gochujang
 - 1 tbsp miso
 - 🧂 A pinch of salt
 
步驟
Cut the thick fried tofu and chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion into wedges and garlic into thin slices.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, gochujang, miso, salt) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add chicken and garlic, and stir-fry until the chicken changes color.
Add onion and thick fried tofu, stir-fry until coated with oil, then add water and the sauce mixture. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add white ground sesame and mix well. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
