- 🥛 100g milk or cream

步驟
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Sift twice for a fluffier texture.
Add diced butter to the dry ingredients and mix using a scraper until the mixture is crumbly.
Mix milk or cream with the egg in a separate bowl.
Pour the egg-milk mixture into the dry ingredients and gently mix using a cutting motion.
Add raisins or nuts to the dough and mix lightly.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Roll out the dough gently and shape it into scones using your hands or a cutter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
