- 🍠 1 large sweet potato, peeled and julienned
- 🧅 1/2 onion, julienned
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 💧 3-4 tbsp water
步驟
Peel and julienne the sweet potato into thin strips.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp salt over the julienned sweet potato and let it sit briefly to soften.
Julienne the carrot and onion to match the thickness of the sweet potato.
Heat 3 tbsp sunflower oil in a pan and stir-fry the salted sweet potato.
Once the sweet potato starts to change color, add 3-4 tbsp water and stir-fry. Cover briefly to speed up cooking.
Add the julienned carrot and onion to the pan and stir-fry until the onion turns translucent.
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds, mix well, and serve.
