Essential Ingredients
- 🍄 8 shiitake mushrooms
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- Generous amount of cooking oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 3 tbsp water
Optional Ingredients
- 🌰 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
步驟
Remove the stems from shiitake mushrooms and cut them into quarters.
Place cornstarch in a plastic bag, add the mushrooms, and shake well to coat.
Heat oil to 180°C and fry the coated mushrooms until golden brown. Fry twice for extra crispiness.
In a new pan, combine all seasoning ingredients and simmer. Turn off the heat and toss the fried mushrooms in the sauce.
Plate the mushrooms and sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
