Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 pack mackerel
- Enough rice water for soaking
- Adequate amount of cooking wine
- A pinch of ground pepper
- 🥚 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 🥜 A small amount of crushed peanuts
- 🌾 A small amount of sesame seeds
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
步驟
Soak the mackerel in rice water briefly, rinse, and season with cooking wine and ground pepper.
Coat the mackerel evenly with egg white and then with cornstarch.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the mackerel until golden and crispy on both sides.
Combine all seasoning ingredients in a pan and simmer until thickened.
Place the fried mackerel on paper towels to remove excess oil, then toss in the prepared sauce.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and crushed peanuts on top before serving.
