    • 🍓 170g strawberries
    • 🧂 40-55g sugar
    • 🍋 12g lemon juice

    • 🧀 170g mascarpone cheese
    • 🥛 160g heavy cream
    • 🥚 45g egg yolks
    • 🧂 50g sugar
    • 2g vanilla extract
    • 1 gelatin sheet
    • 6 ladyfingers
    • A pinch of decorative snow
    • 🍓 A few strawberries for garnish

步驟

Cook strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice to make strawberry sauce.

Heat egg yolks and sugar over a double boiler, then remove from heat.

Add softened gelatin to the egg mixture and mix until dissolved. Let it cool to lukewarm.

Mix mascarpone cheese with the cooled egg mixture until smooth.
