  • Vegetables

    • 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced into 0.5cm thickness
    • 🍄 1 pack oyster mushrooms, cleaned and separated
    • 🧅 1/2 small onion, sliced
    • 1 red chili, sliced
  • Condiments

    • 3 tbsp perilla oil
    • 2 tsp shrimp paste

Slice zucchini, onion, and red chili into 0.5cm thickness. Prepare oyster mushrooms by removing the base and separating them into smaller pieces.

Heat 3 tbsp of perilla oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion for 1 minute.

Increase the heat to high and add zucchini and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add 2 tsp shrimp paste and sliced red chili. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Transfer the stir-fried vegetables to a wide plate to cool quickly and prevent overcooking.
