Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp chili powder
 - 💧 100ml water
 - 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil

Pan-fry 180g pork shoulder in a skillet until cooked.
