- 2 tbsp perilla powder
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 🧅 a pinch of minced green onion
步驟
Peel the sweet potato stems.
Boil the peeled sweet potato stems, rinse in cold water, and squeeze out excess water.
Cut the stems into appropriate lengths and mix with soy sauce, perilla oil, garlic, and other seasonings. Let it sit for a while.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the seasoned stems.
Add perilla powder and continue stir-frying. Cover the pan and let it steam briefly.
Serve the stir-fried sweet potato stems with sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
