- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
- 2 green chili peppers
- 2 red chili peppers

- 🥕 1/2 carrot
Seasoning
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Prepare vegetables by cutting cabbage, green onion, chili peppers, onion, and carrot into large pieces.
Slice 1 stalk of green onion for making green onion oil.
Clean and slice the squid into large pieces, adding diagonal cuts for better presentation.
Mix gochujang, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and sugar to create the seasoning sauce.
Heat a wok, add green onion and cooking oil, and sauté until fragrant to make green onion oil.
Add squid to the wok and stir-fry with 1.3 tbsp sugar until half-cooked.
Pour the seasoning sauce into the wok and stir-fry with the squid.
Add 1/2 cup water and simmer briefly to blend the flavors.
Add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Drizzle sesame oil over the dish and mix well before serving.
Serve the stir-fried squid on a plate and enjoy.
