- 🍄 5 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of black pepper
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
