Vegetables
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
 - 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
 - 🥕 1 small carrot, thinly sliced
 
Seasonings
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
 - 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 - A pinch of black pepper
 - 1 drizzle of sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 - Adequate amount of sesame seeds
 
步驟
Trim the tough stems of the shiitake mushrooms and slice them thinly.
Thinly slice the carrot and onion.
Heat a pan and add cooking oil. Sauté minced garlic lightly.
Add the sliced onion and stir-fry until it turns translucent.
Add the sliced carrot and stir-fry together.
Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry.
Drizzle sesame oil over the mushrooms and stir to coat evenly.
Add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and stir-fry quickly over high heat for 1-2 minutes.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
