Main Ingredients
- 🍚 400g cooked rice
- 100g garlic scapes, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🐟 200g canned tuna, drained
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.2 tsp black pepper
步驟
Drain the oil from the canned tuna completely.
Chop the green onion and garlic scapes into small pieces.
Crack 3 eggs into a large bowl.
Add 1 tbsp cooking wine to the eggs and whisk to make egg mixture.
Heat a frying pan and add 3 tbsp cooking oil.
Add chopped garlic scapes and minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry for about 1 minute over medium heat.
Push the garlic scapes and minced garlic to one side of the pan and pour in the egg mixture to make scrambled eggs.
Mix the scrambled eggs with the garlic scapes and minced garlic in the pan.
Add 400g cooked rice to the pan.
Add the drained tuna to the pan and reduce the heat to low.
Add 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 0.2 tsp black pepper to the pan.
Stir-fry all the ingredients for about 30 seconds until well combined.
