步驟
Cut shishito peppers into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onion finely.
Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, minced garlic, and sugar.
Heat a frying pan and stir-fry the pork belly over high heat.
Once the pork starts releasing oil, add the sliced green onion and stir-fry together.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir well.
Add the shishito peppers and cook until the sauce reduces and thickens.
