- 🥩 400g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2-3 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
步驟
Prepare frozen thinly sliced pork belly.
Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
In a pan, add the pork belly, minced garlic, corn syrup, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and black pepper. Stir-fry on high heat until the pork is cooked and the moisture evaporates.
Once the pork is well-cooked, add the enoki mushrooms, chopped green onion, and soy sauce. Stir-fry until the mushrooms are just cooked.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
