Main Ingredients
- 150g fish cake
- 🍄 3 king oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 2 green chilies
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice syrup
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
步驟
Slice the king oyster mushrooms into thin strips.
Cut the fish cakes into strips similar to the mushrooms.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and sliced onion until fragrant.
Add the fish cakes and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Add the sliced mushrooms and chopped green chilies, then stir-fry together.
Add soy sauce, ginger wine, sesame oil, black pepper, and rice syrup, then mix well.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
