- 1 bunch garlic scapes
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds

Cut the tender parts of the garlic scapes into bite-sized pieces.

Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and lightly stir-fry the garlic scapes.

Add 4 tbsp of soy sauce to the pan.

Add 1 tbsp of oligosaccharide and stir well to combine.

Cover the pan with a lid and simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
