- 🦐 2 handfuls dried shrimp
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- A pinch of sesame seeds
步驟

Toast 2 handfuls of dried shrimp in a clean pan without oil and set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in the pan and sauté 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic.

Add 1 tbsp of gochujang, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, and a pinch of sesame seeds. Mix well.

Add the toasted shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until the seasoning is well-coated on the shrimp.

Turn off the heat and add 1 tbsp of oligosaccharide syrup. Mix well and serve.
