- 50g dried pollack strips
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oil
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 1 red chili
- 1 green chili
- 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
步驟
Cut dried pollack strips into bite-sized pieces and marinate them with cooking wine for 10 minutes to soften and remove any fishy smell.
Prepare vegetables by slicing them.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the marinated pollack strips to the pan and coat them with oil.
Add sliced onion and stir-fry together.
Add sugar to the pan to introduce sweetness.
Pour soy sauce around the edges of the pan and let it caramelize slightly before mixing it into the pollack strips.
Add sliced red and green chilies to the pan.
If the dish lacks shine, add a small amount of corn syrup for a glossy finish.
Finish with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
