- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🥚 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
