- 🦐 12 shrimp
- 🥬 13-15 Brussels sprouts
- 🧄 10-15 cloves garlic
- 5-7 chili peppers
- 1-1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
步驟
Peel the outer layer of Brussels sprouts and blanch them in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 2 minutes.
Slice the garlic thinly into chips and prepare chili peppers.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until lightly golden.
Add chili peppers to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Add shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until they turn pink and are cooked through.
Add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and stir-fry, tasting and adjusting the seasoning as needed.
Add the blanched Brussels sprouts and stir-fry until they are tender and well-coated with the sauce.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy your meal.
