Main Ingredients
- 200g fresh duck meat
- 2 bok choy
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Seasonings
- 🧅 2 tbsp minced green onion
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp corn syrup
- A pinch of sesame seeds
步驟
Cut the fresh duck meat into bite-sized pieces.
Dice the green chili and red chili. Separate bok choy leaves.
Mix diced green chili with duck meat, then add potato starch and marinate for 5 minutes.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and green onion until fragrant.
Add the marinated duck meat to the pan and cook until fully done.
Add bok choy, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and corn syrup. Stir-fry briefly.
Add diced red chili and stir-fry for another minute.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and mix well.
Serve the stir-fried bok choy with duck hot.
