- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1 small green onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 mug cup water
- 1 tbsp dashida
步驟
Clean the bean sprouts thoroughly under running water and remove any husks.
Trim the green onion and slice it diagonally.
Prepare soy sauce, red pepper powder, sesame seeds, and perilla oil.
Add 1 mug cup of water to a pan.
Place the cleaned bean sprouts into the pan with water. Add 2 tbsp red pepper powder, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 2 tbsp perilla oil.
Stir-fry the bean sprouts until the broth starts boiling, then add the sliced green onion.
Add 1 tbsp dashida and 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Cover the pan and cook for 5–10 minutes until the bean sprouts are tender.
Once the bean sprouts are softened and the broth has thickened, serve as a side dish.
