Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) skinless chicken breast
 
Vegetables
- 150g boiled bamboo shoots
 
Seasoning
- 2g bonito flakes
 - 1 tbsp salad oil
 - 1/2 tbsp sake
 - 1 tbsp potato starch
 
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 2 tbsp mirin
 - 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
 
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
 
步驟
Cut the bamboo shoots into bite-sized pieces, rinse with water, and pat dry.
Slice the chicken breast in half lengthwise, then cut diagonally into 1cm thick slices. Place the chicken in a bowl, add sake, and mix well. Coat the chicken with potato starch evenly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the bamboo shoots and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates. Turn off the heat and mix in the bonito flakes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
