- 2 handfuls dried anchovies
 - 2 Cheongyang chili peppers, thinly sliced
 
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp mirin
 - 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 2 tbsp corn syrup
 - 🌾 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 
步驟
Thinly slice the Cheongyang chili peppers.
Spread the dried anchovies evenly on a plate lined with paper towels and microwave for 1–2 minutes to dry them.
In a bowl, mix the cooking oil, anchovies, and sliced chili peppers.
Add soy sauce, mirin, and minced garlic to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Microwave the seasoned anchovies for 3 minutes, stirring once after 1 minute.
Remove the anchovies from the microwave and mix in corn syrup and sesame seeds to finish.
