- 150g shishito peppers
- 🌾 2 tbsp flour
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 a pinch of sesame seeds
步驟
Wash the shishito peppers thoroughly and coat them evenly with 2 tbsp of flour.
Steam the flour-coated peppers for about 5 minutes until the flour becomes transparent. Let them cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili powder, plum syrup, corn syrup, and minced garlic to create the seasoning.
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds to the seasoning mixture.
Combine the cooled peppers with the seasoning mixture and toss until evenly coated.
