- 200g shishito peppers
Flour
- 2 tbsp glutinous rice flour
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp traditional soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Remove the stems from the shishito peppers.

Wash the peppers under running water and drain them in a colander.

Coat the peppers with glutinous rice flour.

Steam the coated peppers in a steamer until tender.

Mix the seasoning ingredients: soy sauce, traditional soy sauce, red pepper powder, minced garlic, chives, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.

Gently toss the steamed peppers with the prepared seasoning.
