步驟
Prepare the chives by cutting them into finger-length pieces.
Slice the squid into strips about the width of a pinky finger.
Chop the carrot, onion, and chili peppers into bite-sized pieces.
Mix 3 cups of tempura flour with 3 cups of sparkling water to create a batter.
Combine the chopped vegetables and squid with the batter.
Heat a pan with oil and pour a ladle of the mixture to form pancakes.
Flip the pancake once the bottom is golden brown and cook the other side.
Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, sugar, sesame seeds, chili peppers, and onion.
Serve the pancakes hot with the dipping sauce on the side.
