Main Ingredients
- 🦑 1 squid, cleaned and sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- A pinch of black pepper
- A dash of sesame oil
步驟

Clean the squid by removing the innards and skin without cutting the body open. Slice into thin strips. Slice the onion into thin strips as well.

Heat a pan and add cooking oil. Stir-fry the onion and squid together.

Add soy sauce, chili powder, fish sauce, mirin, plum syrup, and black pepper. Stir-fry until the squid is cooked through.

Drizzle sesame oil and mix well.
