- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 200ml broth

Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce

- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
