- Vegetables - 1 head spring cabbage, cleaned and separated
 
- Seasonings - 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
 
步驟
Separate the leaves of the spring cabbage and wash them thoroughly.
Cut larger leaves into smaller, bite-sized pieces if necessary.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing red pepper flakes, fish sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, corn syrup, minced garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and salt in a bowl.
Gently mix the cabbage leaves with the prepared seasoning.
